Built in 2000-2005, Cascades at St. Lucie West is an active 55+ community located on the central east coast of Florida in Port St. Lucie.

The Cascades complex boasts an array of amenities such as a clubhouse with card rooms, arts and crafts, billiards, fitness center with saunas, library and ballroom. Outdoor activities include a pool and spa, 9-hole golf course, pickleball, tennis courts, and bocce courts.

Maintenance dues are quarterly with one Master association and include 24/7 guarded entry, landscaping and irrigation, Comcast Cable and high-speed internet.  The association is led by a board of 7 elected directors, one from each district, and a professional management company.  Board meetings are open and available via Zoom.
